The following terms and conditions apply to your Loyalty Card application:

TERMS

  1. ‘South Hatch Restaurant’ is the organisation offering the Loyalty Card scheme.
  2. ‘Customer’ is the person named overleaf
  3. ‘Loyalty Card’ is the membership card issued by South Hatch Restaurant
  4. ‘Management’ means the proprietor and any appointed representative of the proprietor of South Hatch Restaurant

CONDITIONS

  1. All information contained herein forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The completion and return of the membership form indicates an intention to be legally bound.
  3. Acceptance and confirmation of your application indicates South Hatch Restaurant intends to be legally bound by this document.
  4. Loyalty Cards are issued free to approved applicants.
  5. The Loyalty Card remains the property of South Hatch Restaurant.
  6. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
  7. The management reserves the right to refuse any Loyalty Card application, and is under no obligation to give reasons for the refusal.
  8. South Hatch Restaurant reserves the right to postpone or cancel a Loyalty Card or the Loyalty Card scheme and is under no obligation to give reasons for doing so.
  9. If the customer named overleaf, or any persons associated with the customer named overleaf, act in a manner deemed inappropriate by the management towards South Hatch Restaurant staff, other customers, any other person, or in any manner that may cause damage to the reputation of South Hatch Restaurant and its customers, that person may have their loyalty card revoked at the managements discretion.
  10. The customer may cancel their Loyalty Card at any time by returning their Customer Loyalty Card.
  11. Removal from our mailing list can be requested at any time by emailing info@southhatch.co.uk. You can also call 01372-723204. You have the right under the Data Protection Act to inspect any data that we may hold about you, subject to reasonable notice and the payment of a reasonable fee.
  12. As a Loyalty Card member you will be entitled to the following benefits:
  13. a) Free membership to the South Hatch Restaurant Loyalty Card scheme.
    b) 10% off all food for parties up to 10 people. The loyalty card must be presented prior to payment of bill.
    c) Preferential rates for special events, including parties, funerals, weddings, etc.
    d) Notification of special offers
    e) Notification of special events
  14. The Loyalty Card discount scheme will NOT apply to the following events/dates:
  15. a) Sunday
    b) The Cheltenham Week
    c) The Royal Ascot Week
    d) The Derby Week
    e) Valentine’s Day
    f) Mother’s Day
    g) Father’s Day
    h) Christmas Day
    i) New Year’s Eve
    j) And other events/dates as notified by South Hatch Restaurant.
  16. There is a maximum discount value in any one visit of £50.00.
  17. Only one card may be used/permitted per table/booking
  18. The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or on a specially priced menu
  19. In the event of a lost or stolen card it is the responsibility of the customer to report the card missing to South Hatch Restaurant.
  20. The management reserve the right to amend or change the above conditions, and upon issue of a new set of terms and conditions, will be deemed as acceptance of these new conditions.
